Life is fast, especially as a busy women and mum. It can feel like a never-ending cycle of giving to others and chasing your tail. My Retreats and Workshops are designed to give you the time and space to reset, re-energise, regroup, and refocus on your health and wellness. The retreats create a safe and welcoming space for women to gather, learn, and just be.
They offer a peaceful escape where you can unwind and reconnect with yourself while learning valuable skills for sustainable health and well-being. From hands on cooking workshops that teach you how to prepare simple, nutritious meals, to specific nutrition focussed topics, to wellness focused retreats that nurture both your body, mind, and soul. I want to create an experience that allows you to step away from the daily grind and take some time to invest in you and your own self-care.

Please bring a yoga mat, journal, pen, blanket, pillow and water bottle
There is the option to continue your day with a hike through the Knepp Estate, or to visit their wild sauna and swimming pool. These can be arranged through the Knepp website.

Meet my Co-host - Amy Miller
Amy is a yoga and meditation instructor with a focus on seasonal well-being and cyclical living. Her approach teaches individuals to align with their own natural rhythms as well as the cycles of Mother Nature, creating a deeper connection to both their bodies and the world around them. Amy’s style of teaching is dynamic and fluid, drawing from various yoga traditions to form a unique and personalised practice. With 25 years in the yoga and wellness field, she has supported hundreds of people in enhancing their physical, mental, and spiritual health.
